Tom Sawyer Days Big Wheel Race

The Kiwanis Club of Hannibal put on a Big Wheel Race at Hannibal Missouri's Tom Sawyer Days. There were races held for each age from three through six. Kudos to the Kiwanis Club for their support of Ridin' Old School.
